In your workspace, you have a weekly entry screen for very quick declaration of time spent by project, task, client, etc. It can be accessed from My Workspace > Activity declaration.

A.Declaration mode:
These declarations can be done:
•as a percentage, by week or day
•as a duration, by week or day
•as a period, only by day
The concept of quantity can also be added following the activation of the corresponding logical option.
B.Display:
If you are in duration or percentage mode, the current week is displayed.
If you are in period mode, only the current day is displayed. You also see a review of declarations done and remaining to be done over the current week as well as any generated anomalies. You can also consult clockings or attendance indications done during the day in question.
Another day can be selected using the calendar or the and
arrows.
C.Addition of an activity:
To add an activity, click on Selection of Activities/Cost centres/Customers. Select the required elements and confirm your choice by clicking on Confirm.
If you make an entry error and as long as the week has not been validated yet, a click on brings you back to the activity selection window. In order for an activity to remain on the list the next time the screen opens, it must be added to the favourites. To do so, click on the icon
which will change its colour. When it is filled in, this means that the activity belongs to the favourites. Repeat this process to add more favourites.
The system displays the declared activity time totals for each day. In case of inconsistent declared hours, the total is displayed in red, followed by the icon (move the mouse over it to view the anomaly details).
The fields of an automatically generated activity appear with the icon .
The number of days in the past for which declarations can be made is defined by an administrator in the Parameters menu. |
According to your user rights, you can view for each declaration: •the schedules and absences as well as the hours worked (from the clockings) •the list of activities of the week and your favourite activities (indicated by the icon You can then declare your activities corresponding to the number of hours worked. If needed, it is possible to enter a note for each activity and a comment by day. |

With the hyperlink, the user can enter a Comment. Once the comment is entered, save it by clicking on Confirm. The icon shows if there is a comment for the day or not. Move the mouse over to show the text of the comment. Once the week has been checked, the comment can no longer be modified or deleted.
The icon allow you to insert a note for each activity. You can insert as many notes as there are activities over a day.
Click on History to display the list of modifications concerning the declarations of the day. There, you find the following information:
•The Date and Time of the action,
•The Action : Declared (employee), Checked (administrator) or Modified and checked (administrator) as well as the list of registered activities with their respective durations,
•The user's Surname/First name,
•The Comment.
To confirm all information in this screen, just click on Confirm.
