For each employee role, you can set up several main validators.

This function allows all employees to have one or more recipients for his/her absence requests.

This increases the chance for requests to be processed quickly.

Each employee can have one or more main validators. All validators receive the absence requests and the alerts. The 1st validator processing the request will assume its monitoring. The other validators can no longer intervene on this absence request. They can monitor it and stay informed by receiving the alerts.

 

The parallel validator concept also applies to higher level validators > each validator can have one or several higher level validators. All higher level validators get the absence requests and alerts. The 1st higher level validator processing the request will assume its monitoring. The other higher level validators can no longer intervene on this absence request. They can monitor it and stay informed by receiving the alerts.
