According to the absence type, you can set up one or more validators who can be different from the main validator.

This function allows you to determine for certain absence types a validator who does not belong to the usual circuit.

 

Example:

All leave requests for compassionate leave are directly treated by the HR department.

When an absence by type is requested, the employee's main validator can view the request in his/here absence request list. He/she can view it for information but he/she cannot intervene in the procedure.

If enabled, the alert emails are sent to both the type validator and to the employee's main validator.

If there are several validators, the 1st processing the absence request will assume its monitoring.

The other validators can no longer intervene on this absence request. They can monitor it and stay informed by receiving the alerts.
