General principle

Example 1:

Sophy creates an absence request.

The file is submitted to her validator Victoria.

Victoria has no higher level validator or transfer validator. The file can be validated or refused. If it is validated, an absence file is created in the Time & Attendance Management system. In all cases, it is sent back to the requester in order to inform her of the decision.

Example 2:

Sophy creates an absence request.

The file is submitted to her validator Victoria. There are three cases:

1.If she is absent and the transfer is activated, the file is submitted to the transfer validator, Marc, who will accept or refuse the request. Then the file will be submitted to his higher level validator (here, there is none).

2.If she refuses the request, the file is sent back to the requester.

3.If she accepts the request, the file is submitted to the higher level validator Marc.

The last validator is Marc. The request is sent back to the requester, validated or refused. If it is validated, an absence file is created in the Time & Attendance Management system.

In the case of a multi-level validation, check that the absence requests circuit does not end with a user.
