Access to the module

The Period line lets you select a planning opening period, either date to date by choosing the start date (From field) and the end dateTo field), or on one of the pre-established periods given in the list.

The Population planning row provides you by default with the list of all employees belonging to the pre-selected population. It is possible to choose only certain employees according to various criteria given in the lower part of the dialogue box or change population using the dropdown menu.

Population filter

From the dropdown menu you have access to a variety of criteria to establish the group on which you will work in the Planning.

For most of the selections, the arrows help you to refine your list. By selecting Certain employees, you can easily select/deselect the individuals required.

When choosing By organisation chart, the Allow the management of loans/borrowing at the organisation chart level box appears. By default loans / borrowing are only possible with populations other than the open planning population. By activating this feature, it will also be possible to lend or borrow employees between selected and unselected organisation chart levels, within the same population.

If you use management of temporary workers, a colour code in the column helps you to easily identify them.

Add/Exclude lets you add individuals to the chosen selection or remove them.

You have the option to open several plannings at the same time for different populations. In this case they will open in different tabs.
