The resources area (Area 1) provides information on the listed employees.
Description of the resources area
•This area comprises the list of employees included in the selected population when the planning is opened. To change population, click on .
•The planning opening period is displayed at top left of the screen . When you change this period, clicking on this icon
updates the planing grid and the results.
•Clicking on lets you select a customisation of information on employees, or create/modify or delete one.
• The small white arrow to the left of the column header deploys/reduces the entire column in the event of grouping.
• The small white arrow to the right of the column header sorts the column in ascending/descending order.
• The small blue arrow to the left of a criterion deploys/reduces only the content of this line in the event of grouping.
• The large white arrow to the left of the column header switches the entire deployed column to extended mode.
• The large blue arrow to the left of a criterion switches only the content of this line to extended mode.
•Double clicking on an employee from the resources area opens their time and attendance management employee file and lets you make changes if applicable (provided that you have the relevant rights). You can reach the same screen by right clicking on an employee, then Employee file.
Actions carried out on employees in the resources area
Several actions can be carried out on the employee using a right click:
•Extend this employee (corresponds to )
•Extend all employees in the grouping (corresponds to )
•Extend all employees (corresponds to )
•Open the file by clicking on Employee file
•Create a provisional employee
•Add the Information necessary for planning
•Replace it by clicking on Replacements
•Make an employee available to other sections
•Borrow the employee and see their borrowing history
•Lend him/her temporarily to another department (Loans
•Exchange his/her planning with another employee
•Consult the Changes in personnel history between sections
•Consult the History of temporary worker requests
•Consult the Grouped summary of anomalies/alerts
