Management of events from the planning grid

Kelio Planning lets you monitor the impact of planning on anomalies, rules, bonuses, etc. These daily events will appear for each employee on an additional line, below each day.

Click to enlarge/reduce        To configure the information that interests you, you must:

1.Access customisation of the planning grid, Other tab.

2.Click on icn_3 dots and check the elements to be displayed. Some of them can be accessed from the Selection column.

3.If applicable select 1! Result to be displayed directly in the event line.

Your authorisations to the selectable elements have been previously defined in the User rights module.

4.Validate, Save and Close the window.

Click to enlarge/reduce        To process events, you must:

1.Ensure that the Events icn_anomaly line is activated from the toolbar.

2.Right click on the day in question, Consult the... , in order to see the information details.

3.For the anomalies, you can Acknowledge them directly.
