It is possible to view and modify the daily schedules and the work cycles for Kelio system employees.
To do this, click on Time & Activities > Administrate > Manage > Schedules, then select the employee from the list at the bottom of the screen.
You may browse the desired period (month or year) using the arrows . You can choose to display only daily schedules, only work cycles, or both by checking the corresponding boxes above the calendar.
The button enables you to display the Schedule calendar display options. You may then customise the calendar to suit your needs.
In the 1st column which is displayed, two buttons appear beside the name of the month:
A click on this button enables you to display the calendar filter to set up the first month to be displayed, week numbers and school holidays.
The calendar key can be displayed using the Info button.
When you hover the cursor over a precise date, a pop-up window with a description of the day will appear. It specifies the time contract, work cycle, daily schedule and work periods.

The Time & Activities > Administrate > Manage > Schedules menu allows you to change the daily schedule. 1.Select the day you want to modify. 2.Right-click and select Consult the daily schedule. 3.You can view the working periods using the different windows. 4.Working day tab: •From schedule, to keep the duration generated following the schedule creation •Defined manually, to enter a precise duration •From working periods, it is possible to modify the different working periods and the duration is adjusted automatically. 5.The Working periods tab enables you to insert new working periods with the Add button. 6.Schedule comment tab to insert a comment during modification. 7.Return to schedule from work cycle allows you to restore the default schedule when a schedule has been assigned by exception. 8.Confirm. You must have the necessary rights to make these changes. |
Pass over the button to view all the daily schedules and work cycles previously created. So, you may select a schedule then click and drag the period for which you want to apply the change.
