The purpose of an access restriction is to prohibit all accesses for a person or a badge. The badges and persons declared in this restriction immediately lose all access rights.
All badges that are lost or stolen must be disallowed. Their use will then trigger an anomaly. The list at the bottom of the screen displays the list of disallowed events for the badges; the details are displayed in the working area. The list can be sorted by badge number, the individual associated to the badge or by application date.
To create a disallowed event for a badge, you must: 1.Click on ADMINISTRATE > Disallowed events > Badge disallowed. 2.Click on the 3.Enter the Complete badge number to be stopped (system number and badge number). The surname and first name of the person to whom this badge is assigned is displayed at the bottom of the window. 4.Enter the Date from which the restriction will be applied or click on the calendar date which can be displayed using the 5.Enter a Comment if necessary. 6.Click the Save button to save the new disallowed event.
It is also possible to consult a list of disallowed events from the Individual planning of employees or visitors. To obtain this list, you must click on the Disallowed events list button. You can delete a disallowed event simply by clicking on it, and then clicking the Delete button. |
A disallowed event for a person is not associated with their badge number (if any changes are made to the badge, the person in question will be disallowed). Conversely, if you are using biometric fingerprint readers to access your premises, a disallowed event on a person (employee or visitor) will prevent the opening of an access point when their fingerprint is read. To create an access restriction for a person, you must:
