Schedule management for individuals is available from the ADMINISTRATE > Employees > Staff planning menu. Employees are then listed at the bottom of the screen (Area 5). By single clicking on a person, it is possible to open the management screen of his/her access authorisations.
On this screen, you can:
The calendar displays the profile assigned to the employee when you position the mouse over it. A double-click on a day gives you the Daily detail and allows you to display, access by access, the access authorisations for the employee. This viewing window also provides the current access types (blocked, identification, etc.) and the special authorisations or lockouts, if any (orange, red, green). |
Assign an access profile to people
From this screen, to assign an access profile to the employee, you must: 1.Select the Site used in the dropdown menu above the calendar. 2.Click on the 3.Select the profile and place it on the assignment start date in the calendar. A new profile assignment line is displayed in the window. 4.Select the authorised Site and the start and end dates for this employee. 5.Click the Save, then Validate buttons.

From this screen, you can create a 24/24h exceptional restriction or permission on all the profile’s access points. 1.Select the Site used in the dropdown menu above the calendar. 2.Click on the 3.Click either on Exception, Restriction or Authorisation, then position the mouse on the calender at the desired start date.

The purpose of an access restriction is to prohibit all accesses for a person or a badge. When an employee is disallowed, this will appear in red in the calendar. |
Print the personal access schedule
1.Keep the employee currently selected or select a level from the organisation chart. 2.Via the Format tab, select in the list the type of printout required, indicate if you want a Page break between the employees. 3.Indicate if you want the crossing details and select the period for the printout. 4.Validate. |
Right-click on the day concerned to change an exceptional allocation, then on Modify. |
