Your auto events and access rules do not necessarily apply to all users of the access system. In this module you can limit their application to one person or a group of persons. You access it through the SET UP > Auto events > People concerned menu entry point. The list of elements already created is displayed at the bottom of the screen (Area 5).

Define the people concerned

1.Click on icn_add_black or right-click on the list and select Add.

2.Enter a Description.

3.To add one or more persons concerned,

4.Choose one of the following:

a.From the Selection of employees concerned table, select from the left-hand column the organisation chart levels, then click on icn_arrow_right to validate the selected levels. Lastly click on the Confirm button.

b.Add employees by clicking on Add under the Selection of employees concerned table, followed by selecting the corresponding check boxes, and then clicking on Validate.

c.In the Selection of visitors concerned table, select from the left-hand column the organisation chart levels, and click on icn_arrow_right to validate the selected levels. Lastly click on the Confirm button.

5.Click on the Confirm button.

6.Clicking on icn_3 dots in the top right of the screen allows you to see the list of Employees or Visitors concerned.

Clicking onPrint allows you to run a report of the people involved.
