To set up an access rule, click on SET UP > Auto events > Access rules. The list of elements already created is displayed at the bottom of the screen (Area 5).
Set up an access rule
1.Click on or right-click on the list and select Add.
2.Enter a Description.
3.Enter a Description for the rule.
1.Indicate the Site where the access rule will be applied (choice required from the drop-down menu). 2.Select the Areas and access crossings that are affected by the rule in the list. Click on 3.Select the People concerned from the dropdown menu. These are groups of individuals as created previously, and are sorted by description in alphanumerical order. If the condition has been restricted to a group of individuals, only the people in this group will be taken into account for checking the rule's execution. For the others, the rule is in a Not created state. If a group of individuals has not been defined, al the individuals will be taken into account for checking the rule's execution. 4.Set the Registration period for the rule. a.Double-click on the entry field to indicate the start date and potentially the end date. b.Click c.Click on the 5.Choose the Operating period to determine the annual schedule for the access rule (required field). These are operating periods that were created previously.

1.Define if application of the rule allows access or not. 2.Choose the First condition by clicking on 3. Add a Second condition if needed and right-click on the first Add. Input status i.Choice of one or more inputs from the list of inputs from hardware installed on the same site as the access rule. ii.Choice of Active or Inactive level reached c.Output status i.Choice of one or more outlets from the list of outlets from hardware installed on the same site as the access rule. ii.Choice of Active or Inactive level reached d.Number of people i.Choice of one or more Areas affected (all by default) from the list of areas in the selected site for the access rule (required field). ii.Choice of operating mode:Less than or equal to or Greater than or equal to iii.Value of the number of people (from 0 to 999999) e.Validate. 5.Click the Save button to validate.
