This module allows the person in charge of welcoming visitors to process visit management in two ways:

•Anticipated pre-registering by the person hosting the visit

•Simplified registration in real time by the welcoming person

Whatever the registration method, this person will have a visit monitoring screen at their disposal according to six different statuses: When receiving a visitor, this person can, with a single click:

•Select the pre-registered visit corresponding to this visitor

•Indicate the start of the visit to the system

•Send an email or SMS to the person receiving this visitor

•Give specific access rights to this type of visitor

•Automatic printing of a badge

The module also allows alerts to be generated for the following events:

•If the visitor forgets to return his or her badge at the end of the visit

•Exceeding the planned visit end-time
