Consulting requests

The List the requests screen shows the list of absence requests. Filters can be applied to this list to show only part of it. These filters allow you to:

choose an employee in a selected population (with manager rights),

display a period of request creation,

select the request type,

select the status of the requests (all, awaiting, validated, etc.).

By setting notifications, you can be informed of the number and status of requests directly from the portal.

 

Information for each request

The Request type,

The absence Start date,

The absence End date,

The absence Duration if there is no end date,

The absence type Abbreviation,

The request Status,

The validator's Name,

The request Validation date, if any,

The request Creation date,

A selection box to delete or archive the request if necessary.

 

Create/modify/delete

create a new request by clicking on Make an absence/business leave request or Make a remote working request,

Modify a pending request by clicking on the corresponding line and then modifying the content of the entry fields,

Delete a pending request by activating the corresponding box and then clicking on Delete. The request is then deleted permanently.

You cannot delete requests with a status other than "awaiting validation".

 

Archive a validated or refused request by activating the corresponding box and then clicking on Archive. The validated or refused requests are no longer visible but may be displayed by selecting the archived requests view.

Warning! The deletion of an archived request becomes final after clearing the archived absence requests.

If already validated, a request can be archived but the absence file will not be deleted.
