Display of absences
The Calendar absence screen allows a requester to view an annual or monthly calendar on which are shown, day by day, the absences which he/she has already requested, i.e. which are already validated or awaiting validation. The absences are identified by the corresponding abbreviation and a colour. When there is more than one type for a day this is indicated by a small circle with a number. The lower part of the screen contains the legend.
The top bar of the application allows you to select the viewing period. Selecting the year by means of the and
keys, you can visualise the absences of a whole year. The month is selected by clicking on the corresponding link.
From this calendar, you may also create an absence request, modify it or request its deletion.
The button allows you to display the calendar filter to manage the display of:
•the first month
•week numbers
•school holidays. The display can be managed by area/province/canton and is specific to each employee.
The import of school holidays into the system is set up from the Time & Activities module. |
