This is the planning officially in progress. Contrary to the preliminary planning, any assignment n the applied planning is effective immediately.
Validation
It is possible to freeze the planning to restrict changes made by other planners and/or to show changes made. This validation concerns only the planning: actions taken outside of it will always be taken into account (absence requests, clockings, schedule changes by a manager, etc.). In order to continue to be able to plan over a validated period, you must have the necessary right, Modify a validated planning.
You can validate the employees and/or the posts and employees This depends on the setup of the validation options. |
1.Select a day and the employee(s) concerned. It is possible to select one person only. 2.Right click Validate until... . Then EVERYTHING previous is validated. 3.The cells are now greyed out (and cannot be edited without the edit right). 4.To make a day accessible again, right click on this day Cancel validation from ... . In this case, all the days that are in the future in relation to the date selected will also be unlocked! |

Note variances
This function lets you compare, from the applied planning, what has been validated with what has actually been applied. This implies that there has been an addition, a change or a deletion on a validated day. This kind of day is not greyed out by a coloured bar appears at the top of the cell.
As a reminder, actions taken from the Employee Self-Service or the Administration will always be taken into account in a validated planning. In order to be able to modify a validated planning from the Planning, you need a specific user right.
In order to show the changes made, you must:
1.Activate the variances in the toolbar.
2.Select a day marked as a variance.
3.Right click Consult variances.
4.A window opens, showing in the top section what has been initially validated, and in the bottom section what has been completed. Clicking on gives you the details of the two days.
Remote working does not trigger a variance, but it is visible in the variance noted between the validated planning and the applied planning. |
