They have been designed as a support for using the applications related to the life of the organisation. To meet different requirements, the interface is fully customisable in terms of both functionalities and appearance.

To fully understand the setup, you must distinguish between 3 elements:
Kelio Apps are the applications available on the terminal. Kelio Visio X4 and X7 are now scalable terminals with a new set of applications available with each new version. It is therefore completely possible to dedicate the terminal to a single application to make it a simple clocking terminal or an absence terminal, for example. On the other hand, this terminal may be multi-function with several applications loaded on it. There are multiple possibilities to best meet your needs. You have 14 different types of application: your attendance time, an absence or a business leave, an activity, etc. display screens from a URL activate the opening of the door associated with the termina make an absence request, access your calendar, balances and requests, etc. start/close a planned visit/a new visit consult your messages. view/display a document reserve rooms, consult reservations share your ideas create a survey and gather employee opinion check, correct, input attendances. From the Setup > Hardware > Home tab, you can set up the home screen for your terminal. This screen is displayed in the background on the terminal. There is no need to be identified to be able to browse this screen. The interface may be customised with the organisation's colours using a specific background, logo or graphic charter. On this home screen, you must define the applications available to everyone in the organisation. The product's main asset is to be able to define a default application. The last important screen in the terminal configuration is the user area. This is the screen that the user sees when he/she connects to his/her user account. In each user area, you can grant access to Kelio Apps, results and graphs. This setup allows you to reduce access to certain applications for some people. For example, an employee who clocks certain activities regularly may have an adapted Employee Self-Service with direct access to these applications. This area can be accessed after a time management clocking or by inserting the Kelio Apps "User area" on the terminal’s home page. |
