The concept of Time contract allows for the creation of several time contracts and the assignment of them, for example, to 50 people simultaneously.

A time contract is a set of assignments and parameters that enable the Kelio system to provide for each employee the results expected in keeping with their employment contract.

1.Click on icn_add_black.

2.Enter a Description, an Abbreviation and where necessary a Detailed description for the new Time contract created.

3.In the Content screen, click on the different buttons icn_3 dots to define the following options:

•The Work duration, to enter the conditions such as the start and end date, the type and hourly basis, the rate, etc.

•The Work cycle, to assign a weekly cycle of daily schedules

•The Calculation configuration, to define the system's calculation parameters

•The End-of-period calendar, to define the date on which the calculation period is stopped

•The Control programme

•The Application data, to specify whether the employee is authorised to exit without clocking, whether there are automatically generated absences, whether the system must generate Flexileave absences, etc.

•The Remote working cycle, to assign a weekly cycle of remote working types

•The Periodic overtime

•The TOIL calendar, to specify the calendar associated with the employee

•The Authorised accounts, to define the type of overtime, special hours and bonuses to which the employee is entitled.

In the top right-hand part of the screen, you can view the employees assigned to the selected time contract.

It is possible to define as many time contract models as desired. This allows you to build up a reference base of time contracts representing the different employment contracts within the organisation.

For example: Administrative 100%, 3x8 Shift Workshop 100%, Maintenance Workshop 75%, Mobile staff, Managers on fixed rate, etc. These templates will be associated directly to the relevant employees in a single assignment. Employee creation and transfer tasks are therefore accomplished very quickly. Furthermore, to match the specifics of each employee, exceptions to the template may be defined directly by employee.

When the date wizard is enabled, the date of the time contract can be used to check date consistency.
