You are able to automate your standard or customisable reports. To do this they must be qualified as your "favourite reports". Then, track the execution of your automations using a history available from the logfile of automated favourite reports.
As an administrator, it is possible to send a copy of the configuration of a favourite report to another user by clicking on . This sharing may or may not require the report's content and page layout to be preserved.
All reports not involving grouping may be mass mailed individually or collectively.
1.Click on 2.Select the Type of report. 3.Specify if necessary the Dates for which you want to extract the data. 4.Select the employees for whom you want to extract the data, either via the Employees tab, or by selecting the people in the list of employees in the bottom of the screen. 5.Via the Content tab, activate the information you want to display. 6.Via the Page layout tab, select in the list the type of Grouping required, indicate if you want a Page break for this grouping and choose also the Orientation of the report. Chose between Collective and individual Report for mass mailing. 7.Save. |
Convert an existing report into a favourite report
Simply click on Add to favourites in the setup window of the standard or configurable report selected. |
Depending on the type of report created, this can be automated and edited individually or collectively: •Individual report: you obtain one document per employee for all employees selected. These individual reports are then sent by email to each employee or published in a directory on the server or on an FTP. •Collective report: you obtain a single document for all employees selected. You can set up your automation so that the report is: osaved to a directory on the server or on an FTP osent by email to one or more users oprinted directly on a printer connected to the server 1.Check the Automation box. 2.Click on 3.Select the Period and the Frequency of execution. 4.Choose the output Format. 5.Specify the Destination of the file. Destination directory: Preferably select a network drive available from your workstation. Send via email: Enter the address manually or choose the recipient employees from the list. Print the report: Note that the printers that appear here are the ones configured on the Kelio server and not necessarily on your workstation! 6.Validate. The report be launched will at the dates and times set up. A key will help you quickly identify the send status next to the Description of the report. |
Launch or interrupt a favourite report
From the Logfile of automated favourite reports, you can launch or interrupt a report by clicking on the respective button. |
