List of the different tile types

You can view the identities of the people who are absent on the day and the duration of their absence (the types can be hidden by activating the Customise the display for absence/business leave types right in the profiles in question).

This list is updated in real-time and the employees are sorted by alphabetical order.

If the  right is enabled, a validator will not see other people from his population in the day's absences.
tog_minusSystem alert

If there is a technical problem on your software, a tile will appear, notifying you of the required action. It can only be seen by Kelio system administrators with the required right.
tog_minusToday's birthdays

This tile shows employees who are celebrating their birthday or their work anniversary within the organisation (see seniority). The employee in question will see a rain of virtual confetti pouring down the screen when they log in. Other employees will see the list of people concerned in the tile. Since this function is linked to a population, you can choose the relevant targets. You may choose to display:

•Photo

•Section

•Age
tog_minusClocking terminal/Attendance indication

The attendance indication redirects the user to the virtual clocking terminal. Depending on the user's rights, they can:

•Clock in/out,

•Clock an absence/business leave,

•Clock O.T.A.,

•Clock a break on site,

•Clock a balance interruption,

•Consult his/her balance,

•clock an activity

or

•Indicate their attendance at the organisation in real-time or a posteriori, by day or half-day,

•Indicate his/her departure,

•Indicate compliance with the daily rest period legally fixed at 11 hours, but configurable,

•Consult the annual total of a previously defined account (for example, the number of days worked for managers).

If the option Clock in / indicate attendance directly in the portal is activated, the user can click in / indicate attendance directly on the screen.

•The last clocking performed and the direction (in/out)

•the last indication (attendance or departure if activated). The button automatically adapts between Indicate Morning and Indicate Afternoon according to the half-day change time configured in theschedule.

These are clockings made during the day by employees with Clockings in Attendance management. This tile is updated in real-time. It is only displayed to employees who are authorised to clock on a terminal, or from their PC or smartphone

All the notifications are sorted in real-time in chronological order of appearance. A click on the notification takes you to the respective application.

A click on the time management notification takes you to the list of validated requests/declarations.

Clicking on a Planned medical appointment notification displays the date and time of the appointment.

Clicking on the title of a Tasks to process notification takes you directly to the task in question.

The notification themes displayed on the portal for an employee are selected in the setup of the tile, Display user themes.

Depending on the status of an absence request/attendance declaration, a click on notification takes you to either the list of pending requests/declarations or the list of validated requests/declarations.

Clicking on a Planned medical appointment notification displays the date and time of the appointment.

The notification themes displayed on the portal for an manager are selected in the setup of the tile, Display themes for populations managed by the user.

 

The notification of a pending absence request/attendance declaration disappears as soon as it is validated/denied or transferred to another validator. Time management notifications can be deleted by clicking on the icn_cross_grey button after consulting them.

You can define which anomalies you want to be displayed in the portal and how many days they should be displayed for in the respective rights profiles.

You can alter the description of an anomaly by adding a comment in the configuration for the anomaly in question.
tog_minusNew features in Kelio

This tile allows you to be notified of an update performed on your Kelio system and discover the new features and changes in this new version. The themes displayed vary depending on the version in question and the user’s rights.

A click on the tile gives you direct access to the New features page available in the online help. After consulting them, they can be deleted by clicking on icn_cross_grey. These tiles will only reappear with future updates.

This tile shows employees with a future arrival date, registration or Time contract. The other employees are then notified of the arrival of their future colleagues. Since this function is linked to a population, you can choose the relevant targets. You may choose to display:

•Photo

•Section

•Job title

•Arrival date

You can decrease the display time if you have a high staff turnover.

The Door opening feature can be launched via a tile on a computer or touchscreen device, or via the navigation menu.

 

Following elements can be configured:

Click icn_3 dots on the Access crossings section to enter this information.

Display opening duration enables you to view this information on the validation screen.

Choose an element from the list of reasons defined in the access control administration

You can enable Mandatory comments in order to maintain the traceability of the event.

Anonymous crossing - In this case, the name of the person concerned will not be recorded when monitoring access events. This makes this function particularly useful for delivery agents, for example.

User logged into application - This can be used to instantly open a door for yourself or in remote control mode.

A selection of employees - This allows the user to open the door for the employees they manage in Access administration. You can also unlock access without losing traceability.

A selection of visitors - This applies to visitors who have already been created in Kelio. The list can be filtered (to come/current/waiting/finished and not carried out within the last 24 hours/finished and carried out within the last 24 hours). You can also unlock access without losing traceability.

Authorise the crossing of several people per opening if you want to allow a group to cross, for example. In this case, you can mark the check boxes for multiple people on the list and keep tracing their crossing by monitoring access events.

Confirm opening - This ensures that access points are not opened accidentally.

Enable/Disable access points remotely from the portal in the Administrator - Administrator - Access administration portal must be enabled.

You can use this as a simple means of unlocking an access point from your PC, or to allow you to use your phone as a remote control. To do this, you will need to check the box marked User logged into application for the persons concerned. We recommend activating the Confirm door opening option to prevent an opening from being triggered by mistake.
