Clicking on ADMINISTRATE > Visitors > Visit schedule displays the list of visits. When a new visit is created, not all the fields are required. Some entries, such as the actual start time of the visit or biometric enrolment, are only done when the external person has arrived on your premises.

1.Double-click on the visit in the visit schedule.

2.Potentially specify information which was not entered when the visit was created.

3.If necessary, check the Biometrics user box. In this case, the user will be authorised to clock in or out using biometrics. If a USB biometric reader is connected to your PC, you can run a finger enrolment directly by clicking on Enrolment.

If the visitor has been carrying visits or an upcoming visit, their enrolment is not deleted.

4.Select the Site where is the visitor (if the person visited has not been entered and if the visitor has not been allocated access rights, it will not be known which site they are accessing: information needed for fire alarm, headcount, attendance monitoring, etc.).

5.In the Visit monitoringsection, click on Start when the visitor starts a visit. This allows you to have a precise monitoring of access to your premises. If a mistake is made, the visit start time can be cancelled by clicking on the icn_cross_turquoise button.

6.If a badge code has been entered, indicate whether the visitor has received a badge and it has been returned at the end of the visit by checking Badge given to the visitor at the start of the visit.

7.Click on Close when the visitor ends a visit. This allows you to have a precise monitoring of access to your premises. If a mistake is made, the visit start time can be cancelled by clicking on the icn_cross_turquoise button.

8.If the visitor has received a badge and it has been returned at the end of the visit, check Badge returned to the caretaker at the end of the visit.

9.Save by clicking on Validate.

When the visitor clocks in on an authorised reader and the current time is within the theoretical anticipated period of the visits, then the visit automatically starts. The administrator does not have to enter the start of the visit using the software.
