When a visitor introduces themselves and signs in at the terminal, you can give them a questionnaire to ensure compliance with certain security regulations (for example, compliance with health restrictions is a prerequisite of access to foodstuff industry sites).

Set up your questionnaire

1.Click on or right-click on the list and select Add.

2.Enter a Title for the questionnaire.

3.Enter a Description if necessary.

4.Using the button, create your different questions:

a.Enter a description.

b.Where applicable, check the Required response box.

c.Define whether the visitor’s response can be locked out (the visitor will remain unable to access the premises).

d.Define whether the visitor’s response will generate an email or SMS alert for the administrator or the person visited.

5.Save.
