4.Specify a Title and possibly a Description.
5.To enable users to recognise the room more easily, you can upload a photo of the room by clicking . This can be in GIF, PNG, JPG or JPEG format, and must be no larger than 10 MB. This will be the Default image that will be displayed on the tile.
6.Enter the Room capacity.
In this tab, you can define how access to a room will work when it has been reserved. The Access modes are used to define how users will be permitted to enter the room. These will need to be defined individually for each room. Collective access, Authentication, Push button, Identification and Free all correspond to the standard crossing modes. Free after... means that the door will remain open for the other participants once it has been opened. In this case, you will need to set a time for this free access mode at the start and end of the reservation. Restart of free mode at the start of the authorised reservation will reapply free access mode during the specified time once you have re-identified yourself. This function allows you to leave the door open for latecomers, for example. Access tolerance at the start of the time slot corresponds to the length of time in advance that you are able to arrive in the room. The list at the bottom of the screen contains all the room access points concerned by the setup above. Click on |
In this tab, you need to enter the Email address for the room and select the Mail server used for synchronisation of reservations. The server setup will be done by a Kelio consultant in the Configuration module. Here you also define which Equipment can be used to reserve the room. Click on |
7.Save.
