This option must be enabled in the software options in the Configuration > Software > Customisation > HR > Manage certifications module. To help you set up certification management correctly with Kelio, here are the important elements:
You must authorise the following options in the Administrator - Staff administration profile to set up medical appointments. •Set up > Certification for configuring Certification types. •Set up > Customisable fields > Manage system fields to configure the Certification category field. |
The types are configured from the Setup > Certifications > Certification types menu. 1.Click on 2.Provide a Title, Abbreviation and Description for this type. 3.Specify the Certification category using the drop-down menu (derived from a system field). 4.Check the Validity period box and enter data (a number followed by a time measurement). If the box is checked, the end date will be calculated automatically. If it is not checked, an end date can be entered manually. 5.Check the Notice period before the expiry date box and enter data (a number followed by a time measurement). This time limit allows you to know the date from which the steps to renew the certification must be initiated. 6.Indicate whether Training is required for this type of certification. 7.Indicate whether a Medical check-up is required for this type of certification.
8.Save. |
There are two types of certification alert. They must be set up by an Administrator - Setup from Anomalies/Alerts. •Start date of the procedure to renew the certification (to trigger the alert, the Notice period before the expiry date must be checked for the certification types concerned) •Certification period end date
|
To manage the certifications, you have to go to Administrate > Manage > Certifications.
