This option must be enabled in the software options in the Configuration > Software > Customisation > HR > Manage medical appointments module. To help you set up medical appointment management correctly with Kelio, here are the important elements:
You must authorise the following options in the Administrator - Staff administration profile to set up medical appointments. •Set up > Medical appointments to configure Types of medical appointments and Medical centres. •(Set up > Customisable fields > Manage system fields to configure the Medical appointment result field. ) |
The types are configured from the Setup > Medical appointments > Appointment types menu. 1.Click on 2.Provide a Title, Abbreviation and Description for this type. 3.Indicate the estimated appointment Duration. This will be indicated on the invitation and will clarify the absence duration to be entered (for employees managed in time & attendance management). 4.Select Absence type generated if you wish to trigger an absence when an appointment is planned. 5.If the type has a limited validity and requires renewal, indicate a Frequency (Days, Weeks, Months, or Years). 6.Check Default mass-mailed invitation if an invitation containing employee and appointment information should be generated from the software and/or sent to the employee by email. Select the invitation from the drop-down menu or via the 7.Optionally add Information on the type. These will be recovered when creating an appointment. 8.Save. |
The creation of a medical centre is not mandatory for medical appointment management.
1.Click on 2.Provide a Title, Abbreviation and Description for this centre. 3.Fill in the centre’s Contact information. This information is attached to invitations that are sent to managers or employees. 4.Indicate the Health insurance affiliation number if applicable. 5.Add documents by clicking on 6.Save. |
There are 3 types of medical appointment alerts. They must be set up by an Administrator - Setup from Anomalies/Alerts. |
To schedule appointments, you have to go to Administrate > Manage > Medical appointments.
