The on-call period is a period during which the employee, without being permanently and immediately available to the employer, is required to remain at home or close to it in order to be able to intervene to carry out a task on the company's behalf; the duration of this intervention is considered as actual work.
In Kelio Planning, the on-call duty periods are planned. You may then obtain:
•The number of planned on-call hours,
•The number of planned on-call days,
•The number of business trips made during these on-call periods,
•The working time achieved during these on-call periods.
