It lets you view all information given in the planning for the employee chosen. When several assignments are entered in the same cell, only one piece of information is visible (schedule, absence or activity). To access the other information, you can enlarge the cell by clicking on the icon. Clicking on the same icon returns the cell to its original size. It is also possible to extend the information on all employees at the same time, using the icon in the column header
.
It is also possible to sort the information contained in the columns in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the corresponding description.
You can also sort the employees by cross-linked columns. For example, you can sort the employees by schedule then by job
and lastly by name
. To do this, you must click on the description of the schedule column and then on that of the job title column while holding down the Ctrl-Shift keys. Do the same for the surname column. The order of items used for sorting is shown by numbers.
You can establish this sorting by default when you configure your customisation. |
When you display a specific sorting column, you can freely enter sorting criteria in a column which is then added to the customisation.
The selected sort criteria are saved and restored when you next open the planning. |
Sorting performed on the screen is not taken into account on the reports related to the planning. |
Double clicking on a person opens their employee file. Depending on your user rights, you can make changes to it. For example, you will find a summary and job titles and skills
To specify Priority and/or unauthorised posts for this employee, right-click on the employee in the Planning Information list. These will be used for the automatic assignment. |
