Preliminary planning
The purpose of this type of planning is to prepare and create plannings to test various working organisations and to choose the best one.. Use automatic assignment to become more efficient!
Applied planning
The applied planning is the one that your employees will actually work on. In order to restrict changes by other planners and/or to show the changes made, you can validate the planning. The days will be greyed out.
View
The planning workspace allows you to quickly change the time scale, from the View dropdown menu on the icon bar. Thus it is possible to switch as often as required from a day view to a half-day view or even to an hour-by-hour view. This time scale change allows you to increase the precision of the information contained in the planning grid.
The planning administration can be performed with 4 different degrees of accuracy. This accuracy depends on the scale selected:
•by the day
•by the half-day
•in morning, afternoon, night mode
•by the hour.
Clicking on the 
icon allows access to the planning customisation menu in which you can reduce or increase the size of the planning grid. When Hour mode is chosen, we can refine the time scale.
Upper area
In the dropdown menu of the Upper area, you will choose whether to display the employee planning or the posts planning in the central part of the screen.
Lower area
In the Lower area dropdown menu, you will choose between Posts, Details, Results by day or Employees in order to display them in the lower part of the screen.
