When you use automatic assignment, you need a post to be planned. If you want to meet the requirements of the various posts, taking into account the conditions (job titles, priorities, etc.), the system needs to know which employees are identified as "to be planned'.

To create a post to be planned, follow the instructions for creating a post. The important thing is to select None in one of the configuration sections, since we are looking for individuals that do not belong to any post.

When automatic assignment takes place, the system will use this post.

It is nonetheless possible to use the post to be planned without automatic assignment. In this case you are going to have to go and find individuals who are not yet assigned to any post.
