The administration variables let you display your business variables in the planning to help you plan. You can display them in the results area (Area 3), in the posts area (Area 4) or in the post planning.
There are three types of variables:

1.Click on 2.Click on 3.Enter a Description and an Abbreviation. 4.Assign the variable to an entity and/or in a folder if you need to separate by entity and/or order by category. 5.Select the Scope which indicates the time period to which the variable applies. An administration variable whose scope is Date to date cannot be a Function type. 6.Choose a Type of value between Number, Duration (in hours/minutes or hours/hundredths), Text or Predefined text. 7.Specify how the Value will be established. a.Input. After creating the variable, click on b.Imported. Select the File format. It must match the columns of the Content tab. If Modifiable is checked, you can modify the imported values manually. However, a manual input will be overwritten by a new import. To import the values, click on c.Function. The function must be calculated according to rules of mathematical priority; multiplications and divisions take priority over additions and subtractions. For operations with the same priority, calculations are performed from left to right. If necessary, check the Round off result checkbox and select the rounding method you want to use for this variable (nearest integer, round down to nearest integer, round up to nearest integer). 8.Save.
