The view of the planning features four areas that each give important information for creating and optimising the planning:

Area 1 |
Resources area Here you can find the desired information on employees belonging to the selected population. This area also lets you display the list of posts and on-call duties. |
Posts area Here you will find the information required on the posts |
Area 2 |
Planning grid Here you will find the schedules, absences, activities, costs centres and on-call duties assigned to each employee. This area also allows you to perform a number of actions such as replacements, modifications of schedules, etc. |

Area 3 |
Results area This is the area in which the results calculated per employee for a given period are displayed. This area also allows you to view the anomalies resulting from failure to comply with the Time & Attendance Management rules that have been set up. |
This is the area in which the results calculated per post for a given period are displayed. |
Choice of display in the lower area: •Posts: lets you display the posts that will allow you to track coverage of your staffing needs. •Result by day: lets you display the grid of day-to-day totals calculated for all employees. •Detail by day: lets you display the detailed representation of the work day chosen and view clocking and compare between work planned and performed. |
