The results area (Area 3) lets you view the totals desired for each employee and over a determined period. Each action in the planning has an impact in real time on totals in the results area.
To display the results, click on the icon at top right of the screen. These results are read for each employee, i.e. line after line. When the planning has been changed, the results are recalculated in real time. The first column contains the planning and time management anomalies that you wish to display. The content of each column can be customised by clicking on
. The last line contains the sum of the totals of all employees for the open population and period..
At the same time you can display administration variables to obtain "professional" information which assists in the planning. Setup is performed using the icon and allows tracking of results day by day.
If the employees have no schedule or absence assignment for certain dates, the results and totals will be calculated with the employee's default schedule for these days. |
