The Kelio Visio X7 and Kelio Visio X4 terminals have been designed to support users of applications associated with company life. To meet different requirements, the interface is fully customisable in terms of both functionalities and appearance. You are able to choose:
•an icon: select one from the library or import one from your workstation.
•A colour: blue, pink, yellow or green

This key allows employees to interrupt their balance and therefore to advise the system directly when their overtime hours start. The employee is allowed to use this key if the value of their balance is high enough. They must then select the overtime account they wish to credit. It is also possible to associate a door opening to this interruption. |
Define the type of break you wish to propose on your terminal: •Break present on site •Conditional duration break: unpaid break of varied duration depending on the time worked within the range. For the 2 break types, select whether to authorise door opening. |

The Web application is used to display screens from a URL. The purpose of this application is to make the terminal compatible with external needs. This application can therefore be used to plan a canteen reservation or a company directory. You can apply a web address per thumbnail. Depending on your Internet network, it might be necessary to activate the DNS network from the terminal (Maintenance > Installation > Network menu). |
The Door opening application is used to trigger the opening of the door associated to the terminal. |
This application allows employees to make absence requests directly from the terminal. The user accesses their schedule, their balances and their requests. Employees can create their absence requests by clicking on the * This application is not available on the Kelio Visio X4 terminal. |
The Visitor terminal application gives you access to an intuitive terminal that can be configured to suit your organisation's graphic charter. |
This application lets an administrator send an individual or group message to employees from the terminal. The message will be shown on the terminal with a red dot, when the employee clocks in or out. It will not be deleted until it has been read. With an Employee - Terminal right, you can also create messages from a touchscreen terminal and send them to some or all contacts in your employee file. Depending on your role, you can: •Create a message for one or more recipients. •Insert an instant photo taken on the terminal. •Insert a drawing (hand raised on the terminal). •Configure the message in view only mode (nobody can reply). •Authorise messages for confidential replies to be sent •Reply to messages
|
This application gives you access to documents directly on your terminal. This can be useful for displaying a document presenting safety instructions or the fire evacuation plan, for instance. Your employees can zoom in and easily navigate the document if it is several pages long. The authorised file types are: •PDF (.pdf, .txt, .xml, .html and all image formats) •Word (.doc, .dot, .docm, .dotm, .docx, .odt, .ott, .xml) •Slides (.ppt, .pot, .pps, .pptx, .ppsx, .odp) |
When you use the terminals for room reservations, you can choose which information is displayed and which actions the user is able to perform. This application requires activation from the Configuration > Software > Customisation > Access > Room reservation by mail server menu. Before setting up each function, you can customise your tile. Dynamic mode offers a multitude of different tile pre-sets featuring varying amounts of information as to the content and status of the reservation. Here you can choose the rooms for which this tile will be displayed, and the scroll speed of the display on the terminal(s). It is also possible to change the colour of the tile according to the reservation status of the room; for example, a free room will have a green sticker and an occupied room will have a red one.
|
Even without access to an Outlook® account, you can still consult the room planning, reserve a time slot and invite internal or external participants directly from the Kelio Visio X7 terminal. You will receive an invitation in your Outlook® inbox and on the day of the meeting you will have the appropriate rights for opening and closing the room. You can modify or delete your own reservations and consult reservations made by other users. * This application is not available on the Kelio Visio X4 terminal. |
When an employee needs a vacant room and wants to reserve it before someone else does, he/she simply chooses the room on the screen and touches Reserve immediately. He/she will then be offered the next available time slot for this room. The user can then add participants, who will then receive a notification in their Outlook® calendar. * This application is not available on the Kelio Visio X4 terminal. |
If the meeting ends earlier than anticipated, the room can be locked using the Close room function and will then be made available to other users. There are two examples of this: •modify the crossing mode: The crossing reverts to the default mode reservation mode. This can prove useful if you wish to close the room while you take a break, for example. The user can identify him/herself at any time to proceed with the reservation. •close the reservation: In this case, the reservation is ended and the participants will no longer be able to access the room. The unreserved crossing mode resumes. |
Depending on the chosen tile, the organiser of the reservation can choose which information is displayed on the terminal when the reservation is in progress. In this way, you will, for example, be able to add "Do not disturb!" in the purpose of meeting. The dynamic tile is only modified locally, and the other terminals that display this room are not affected. |
When a reservation is in progress, participants are able to open the door when they arrive late, for example. This implies that access is managed directly by the terminal on which the room reservation function is used. |
This application requires activation from the Configuration > Software > Customisation > Common > Activate suggestions box menu. It enables your employees to share their ideas on a pre-defined theme or simply make a suggestion directly from the terminal. Before setting up each function, you can: •Customise your thumbnail •Define the number of ideas displayed for each function •Choose to activate the "Like" function: an employee who does not want to express their ideas can use this button to vote for the ideas they prefer. •Choose to protect the participant's identity or make the participation anonymous. You can set up as many themes as you want to categorise the ideas. A manager can then process the results from the Tools module and decide whether to retain or archive each idea. Using the arrows

This application requires activation from the Configuration > Software > Customisation > Common > Activate survey menu. The manager can set up a survey on a terminal in order to collect the opinion of employees on a particular theme, either anonymously or by name.
A manager can, for instance, determine their employees' mood when they clock in to the company. The answers can then be processed in the form of a graphic that can be edited in PDF format or printed from the Tools module: To set up your survey you must: •Customise your thumbnail •Define a publication period •Enter a Title, the survey's Question and potentially a Message confirming the vote •check the box Save the identity of the participant if you want the results to include names (otherwise they will be anonymous). Here you can limit the survey to a single vote per person, for example. •Add as many possible answers as you want by giving each one a tile and an icon or colour (system or customised). * This application is not available on the Kelio Visio X4 terminal. |
This application allows employees to process their attendance from Kelio Visio X7. Depending on the way each employee's attendance is managed, they will be able to: •View their clockings or attendance time entries •Enter or correct attendances •Add a forgotten clocking
You can set up the system to authorise modifications up to a certain number of days in the past and set which anomalies are displayed on the terminal. * This application is not available on the Kelio Visio X4 terminal. |
