Allows you to block Kelio technicians from accessing the system.

Once this right is activated, a padlock appears on the portal and allows you to trigger the lock:

- the lock is green: no lock activated

- the lock is red: the lock is activated

Warning: only the user who has activated the lock will be able to disable it!
