My Manager workspace

The following actions are possible in most of the tables present in the software:

Group

Perform a grouping on the selected column with a right-click. This action is possible on several columns. Degroup cancels the grouping on the selected column. Degroup all relates to all the grouped columns.

Hide

Click on the column header, then on Hide to remove the column from the display.

Display

This option is used to display the columns which were previously hidden.

Resize a list

Click on to hide the list at the bottom of the screen and use the whole working area. When you move the mouse over it, the list reappears. A second click on the padlock returns it to its initial position.

The user may vary the size of the list as he/she wishes using the icon. Double-click on it to return it to its initial size.

A search filter is available in all the element selection lists present in the software. This facilitates your search in a long list of elements.

1.Enter the element you are searching for in the entry area. By default, the system proposes the search in all the columns displayed, but you may select a specific column via the dropdown menu.

•The search field works in “AND" mode by default. This is indicated on the screen by displaying the & character. You can enter multiple terms. The results displayed will necessarily contain each of the search terms.

For example, if you enter "Paul marketing", the system checks if the 2 pieces of data are present for one of the employees on the list.

•Click on & to switch your search to “OR" mode. This is indicated on the screen by the + character. The results displayed will contain only one of the search terms.

•Quickly search for terms that start with, end with or contain certain letters using the * key

For example, if you are looking for an employee whose name ends with "bard", you can type *bard

•By adding "..." around your term, you are looking for a strictly equal result: capital letters, accents and spaces are taken into account.

•Screen with single selection: If the current selection is not in the list of filtered results, click on Enter to select the first filtered record.

•Screen with multiple selection: Click on Enter to replace the current selection with all filtered results. Click on Ctrl + Enter to add all the filtered results to the current selection

2.Confirm the entry via or press Enter. Your filter is saved while you are navigating through the screens of the Administration module.

3.Reset the search via or by clicking on Esc.

You will find check boxes in the first column of the employee list.

1.Check at least two employees. The symbol starts flashing.

2.Click on to validate your selection. The number of people selected is displayed.
