This symbol means that there are 2 resources planned of the 2 that are necessary; the white colour code means that staff requirements are covered.

This symbol means that there are 3 resources planned of the 2 that are necessary; the green colour code means that there is a staffing surplus.

When you click on a post cell, the number of individuals assigned appears in red so that you can find them more easily in the grid. Their names are displayed at top right above the grid.

When you switch to extended mode, you can read the names directly in the cell.

Hold down the Shift key while clicking on another post to copy this selection to the post.
