The details area (Area 4) lets you view the detail of schedules, absences, on-call duties and activities assigned to each employee (according to elements activated in the icon bar). In parallel you view the planned working periods and the completed working periods (clocking) for employees, which lets you make a quick comparison.
The detail, in graphic form, of the day selected, gives you:
•the planned working periods in view and edit mode
•the actually completed working periods in view and edit mode
•the information on events ( on-call duties, anomalies, bonuses, etc.) according to the elements activated in the icon bar,
•the daily schedule description
This area can be accessed by clicking on Day detail in the dropdown menu Lower area of the toolbar and may be customised.
Description
The detail area gives two pieces of information:
•Planned: this line gives the working periods, the absences and activities planned for this employee. The information varies according to the accuracy of the time scale.
•Completed: this line displays the employee's actual working periods (clocking) and absences, calculated based on clocking.
