A weekly access schedule defines access authorisations over the course of a week. It is comprised of authorisation windows (daily) and corresponds to a grouping of access windows in order to form a complete week.

Create a weekly authorisation schedule

1.Click on SET UP > People > Access rights > Weekly schedules. A list of already created weekly authorisation schedules appears at the bottom of the screen (Area 5).

2.Click on icn_add_black or right-click on the list and select Add.

3.Enter a Description for this new schedule.

4.For every day of the week as well as for public holidays and extra days off, click on the icn_scrolling arrow to scroll the list of authorisation windows and select the desired window.

5.Once each day has an assigned window, click Save to validate.

Delete a weekly authorisation schedule

The deletion of a weekly authorisation schedule is done by simply clicking on it and then clicking on icn_delete_black or right-clicking on Delete.
