The weekly crossing schedule describes the day by day functioning of an access over an entire week. The weekly crossing schedule consists of daily crossing schedules.

To create a new weekly access crossing schedule, you must first open the list by clicking on SET UP > Access > Schedules > Weekly schedules. The list of existing schedules appears at the bottom of the screen (Area 5).

Create a new weekly crossing schedule

1.Click on or right-click on the list and select Add.

2.Enter a Description for this schedule.

3.Click on the Colour and shading button to select a colour associated with this weekly schedule. Click on the desired colour and select a grid.

4.For every day of the week, click on the arrow in order to scroll the menu and click on the selected daily access crossing schedule.

5.Click Save to validate the creation of the weekly schedule.

Clicking on the Print button allows you to run a planning report.
