In Kelio Planning, it is possible to create reports on your plannings in PDF format. However, these reports may only be viewed if a specific application such as Adobe® Reader® is installed on your workstation. Reports can be directly exported to Excel® (xls or csv).
You can access the window for setting up reports by using the icon:
Kelio Planning offers 11 different types of reports:
Monthly individual planning |
summary for each employee and month by month of schedules, absences, etc. assigned to them, for the period requested, where each line of the report represents a month |
Weekly individual planning |
summary for each employee per week of schedules, absences, etc. assigned to them, for the period requested, where each line of the report represents a week |
Employee planning - Day |
report that gives planned elements, day by day, with the option to add Results according to employee, Results by day and Administration variables |
Employee planning - A.M., P.M. |
group planing for a population between the dates entered, where each line will give information for an employee, with accuracy of half a day and with the option to add Results according to employee, Results by day and Administration variables |
Employee planning - A.M., P.M., Night |
group planning for a population between the dates entered, where each line will give information for an employee, in morning, afternoon and night mode, and with the option to add Results according to employee, Results by day and Administration variables |
Employee planning - Hour |
this is a report which gives the details of schedules, absences, activities and on-call duties planned for a period, according to employee, with accuracy to the hour |

1.Click on 2.Select an existing configuration or create one. 3.Launch print by clicking Print. The PDF file is temporarily stored and can be saved in electronic form or printed as a hard copy. This file will open on the screen as soon as its creation has been completed. or 4.Launch export by clicking Export or Export as CSV. |
For each report type, you can set up a configuration suited to your needs, and that you can re-run at a later date. 1.Click on 2.Select an existing configuration or create one. Each report features different tabs, allowing you to set up the report's page layout and the information to be included. Dates •Select the period to be used for the report. •Select theStart and end time for Hour reports. •Choose the Reference day for results and administration variables. This is the day used to calculate the totals. For example, if you chose the totals of the current day, the reference date must be today. Employees •Select the employees for whom you wish to run the report. Posts •Define the types of posts to appear on the report by selecting planning of posts. Identical to planning includes all the elements; to select some of them, drag them to the right using the Content A.For employee planning reports Choose the Customisation of employee planning. Here you can use the customisation that you set up for the planning grid. You can also choose to change it or create another. Select the details of Absences, Activities, Daily schedules, On-call duties or Remote working that appear on the report. Activate the different options in each section (abbreviation, description, etc.). In the relevant menus,
Activate the check boxes corresponding to the information to be included in the report (comments, replacement, event, etc.). Choose Customisation of employee list. Here you can use the customisation that you set up for the resources area. You can also choose to change it or create another. For the results report, select the customisation of results used for the report (Results according to employee, Results by day and Administration variables ). For individual plannings, you can add fields for Signature of the report by the employee and the employer. It is possible to activate the Footnote check box and to enter a text that will be printed on every page of the report. B.For post planning reports Define the display of employees on posts. Check the elements to be displayed on the report, the Requirements, the Results by post. Select Display results by post to customise the report. Here you can use the customisation that you set up for the resources area. You can also choose to change it or create another. To gain space and visibility in the report of a planning of posts, check the option Hide posts with no affected employees. The lines and the parent folders that only have empty posts will be hidden.
Page layout •Fill in the information required for the page layout. •Depending on the report chosen, you are asked to enter the Number of days or hours to be printed per page of the report. 3.Save. 4.Run the report as described above.
